Phil Stromei’s career spans over 30 years in retail sales, marketing and conferences. He has held nearly every position possible in retail from junior salesman to national management positions. In addition he has coordinated dozens of retail conference from 5 to 500 delegates.
Phil started he's career at Clark Rubber as a salesman, store manager then promo department manager at the corporate head office. His career at Clark Rubber lasted over 12 years. Phil has run many national marketing programs for such companies as Stan Cash, Billy Guyatts, Carpet Choice and for 6 years he was the National Advertising manager for the Autobarn franchise group. During his time at Autobarn Phil developed in house marketing services for the group producing multiple catalogue, press and TV strategies. In 1998, 1999 and 2001 Phil’s In-House team was awarded the Australian catalogue association, Best Auto Catalogue award. Phil rejoined Clark Rubber Franchising as National Marketing Manager in 2003 soon developing the now icon mascot character "Clarkee" . In 2008 commenced he's new business Retail In-House Advertising Solutions. During he's career Phil has produced many successful conferences for retail clients both internationally and Australian based.
Phil is married to Shirley (“she who must be obeyed”) who works in the business and has one child Emily ("one is enough")
